Secondary teachers need to be able to deliver their subject to A-level. The school needs solid teachers who can show evidence of success in teaching gifted and talented children. The school have been amazing through the whole process, supporting us with getting all paperwork sorted ahead of relocation through to induction. SLT are such a lovely group and they have established processes for everything so that everyone is on the same page. Everything is clear from the get go. Most organised school I've been in, in 15 years! The staff are all so warm, welcoming and supportive offering a helping hand with anything. Settling in has been made easy because of this.
