We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher of Secondary Biology up to IGCSE and A Level. The role also enhances Science academic learning across the school by collaborating with teachers across other subject areas to integrate language development into their teaching. Central to the role of Teacher of Biology (Seniors) is delivering the Biology curriculum, managing classes, assessing and recording student performance, monitoring academic progress, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve improved results.

The successful candidate must have the strategic vision, appreciation of the school's heritage, understanding of the iGCSE and A-Level programmes, strong interpersonal and leadership skills and exceptional professionalism, to lead the continuing development and growth of the school as an outstanding British international school.

Candidates should meet the following key requirements:
- Educated to degree level with a recognised teaching qualification.
- Several years of experience teaching Biology up to iGCSE and A-Level.
- Previous experience of teaching in Asia
- Operates as an effective team member
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to liaise at all levels and with all members of the school community
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- High cultural intellect: sensitivity to cultural differences with the ability to adjust to a new cultural environment
- The ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people including students, parents, and colleagues
- Organised and committed to the job role
- Flexibility and adaptability
