This is a new campus of a well-established group of schools that opened in September 2022 and provides a Reggio Emilia-inspired Early Years programme that will prepare students for the IB PYP, MYP and DP.
They are looking for a Head of Secondary with deep knowledge of international curriculum systems, particularly A level or AP. At least 5 years in school leadership team, strong experience in school senior leadership evidenced by positive achievements. Prior work experience in China would be an added advantage. to join them in August 2025 and seek candidates who meet the following key requirements:
*Holder of Bachelor's Degree and teacher's qualification
*At least 5 years in school leadership team
*High proficiency in English
*Demonstrated knowledge of and vision for the future of educational practice
*A passion for education and excellence; ability to inspire colleagues, to accept responsibility, show in their actions and decisions firmness, fairness, consistency and integrity.
*Courage to introduce and manage change and innovation
*Ability to show good cultural understanding and differentiation between students from various backgrounds
*Flexible, inclusive and pragmatic management style
*High level interpersonal and administrative skills
*Articulate and a strong communicator
*Confident in meeting and communicating with others
*Possess good organisational skills, manage time efficiently and be able to meet deadlines
