This prestigious school in Qingdao, China is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Secondary Mathematics Teacher & Head of STEAM. This full-time position will include IB Mathematics (HL or SL), IGCSE International and/or Additional Mathematics, and Lower Mathematics or ICT. Experience in IB and IGCSE is highly preferred. For a candidate with leadership experience, additional leadership opportunities as HoD for next year, could also be discussed. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area, Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Education in a relevant subject, and at least 2 years teaching experience as a qualified teacher.
The school caters for children from Early Childhood (K2, K3 and K4) to Primary on their Qingdao Campus and from Early Childhood (K3 and K4), Primary to Secondary on their Huangdao Campus. Students complete the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the IBDP programme in Years 12 and 13.

Qingdao Metro is a rapid transport system and there is also an extensive bus network. The cost of living is average and food and clothing prices are reasonable.
