Secondary Maths (Calculus) AP Teacher - Huizhou China - August 2025

This international school is seeking an AP Calculus Teacher to join them in August 2025. As an AP Calculus teacher, you will teach students to explore the concepts, methods, and applications of differential and integral calculus. You’ll work to understand the theoretical basis and solve problems by applying your knowledge and skills. Teachers at this school are given the autonomy and freedom to present the material in their own way, while achieving clearly defined goals for student understanding. They are encouraged to bring their passion for their subject into the classroom to excite students and engage them with the material.

All applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject (many teachers at this school hold multiple advanced degrees in their field), a minimum of two years teaching experience as the lead teacher of record in a classroom (this is a requirement to obtain a working visa), an eagerness and willingness to collaborate with and elevate teaching colleagues (teachers at this school come from all over the world and bring a wide variety of curricular backgrounds and experience), and high academic standards and a desire to make a difference in the rigour of international education.
