We are looking for a Secondary Geography Teacher to join a brand new bilingual school that opened in August 2024,, teaching topics related to both Human and Physical Geography, including map examination and interpretation, economic development, population geography, land use, and earth history. You also collaborate with fellow teachers to tie in lessons with what students are learning in other subjects, such as music and art.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject (many teachers at this school hold multiple advanced degrees in their field. For Elementary and Early Education positions, a degree in this or related field is acceptable and/or encouraged). They should also have a minimum of two years teaching experience as the lead teacher of record in a classroom (this is a requirement to obtain a working visa), an eagerness and willingness to collaborate with and elevate teaching colleagues, and high academic standards and a desire to make a difference in the rigor of international education.
