Candidates must have a BEd or BA or above with PGCE or teachers certification and at least 2yrs full time teaching experience. The school is looking for teachers who are open-minded and have a passion for teaching.
The school has a unique Co-Principal system to offer the best of Eastern and Western Education. Combining the Chinese National Curriculum with the UK National Curriculum at the Early Years and Primary ages, students then go on to study towards IGCSEs and the IB Diploma at secondary level.

- Beijing is the capital city of China and located in the northeastern part of China. China is the 4th largest country after Russia, Canada and the United States.
