This school in Shanghai is looking for a well-qualified, outstanding and ambitious IGCSE and IBDP English Teacher to join them in August 2025.
*Please note that for a candidate with the relevant background and experience there may exist an opportunity to also take on Head of Department.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree(s) preferred), a valid teaching certification, expertise in and a passion for your subject and a genuine interest in working with teenagers, excellent communication skills, the ability to take the initiative and the flexibility to deal with change, enthusiasm, energy, creativity and the willingness to take risks. They should also ideally have experience of working in an International School or a multi‐cultural setting and experience with second language learners. Bi‐lingual ability (English and Mandarin Chinese) would be an advantage.
