We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced University and College Counsellor. As the Senior section of the school continues to grow this is an exciting and varied role which will play a key part in the continuing development of our university and careers guidance programme. The role will be partly a teaching role in delivering one subject, and partly a member of the university counselling team.

Candidates should meet the following key requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- A qualification or training in university and careers guidance is preferred.
- Proven experience of advising and supporting students with university applications internationally, particularly for universities in the UK and US;
- Previous experience in teaching a subject with a focus on iGCSE and A-Level;
- Previous experience in working in an international school in China is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with pupils, colleagues and parents, and to build strong relationships with all members of the school community;
- Ability to work collaboratively;
- Strong written and communication skills;
- Sensitivity to the cultural differences found in Hong Kong and the willingness to develop and maintain a cross cultural approach to work.
- A willingness and commitment to contribute fully to the life of the pupils and school beyond the academic day, including active participation in the academic enrichment and
co-curricular programme
