We are looking for a Primary Principal to join our client school in Mandalay, Myanmar in August 2025.
We are looking for candidates with the following education, skills and experience:
- Master Degree in Education
- Senior Leadership Training (Desirable)
- Previous Senior Leadership experience (Primary)
- Communicate effectively in a sensitive, courteous manner with students, parents, staff and the general public
- Interpersonal skills: tact, patience, courtesy and kindness
- Work as a team player
- Follow directions, policies and procedures in an appropriate and timely manner
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and behaviour.
- Engage with students in their learning journey
- Keep accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain a suitable learning environment including appropriate planning and organisation of classroom or related setting and educational aids.
