This established UK curriculum school requires an interim principal for Jan-July. The role can also be a permanent appointment for the right candidate.
The school is a high performing, academic school attended largely by Omani children, and it is a private fee paying school. They use IGCSE and A level and experience managing a whole school using the UK curriculum is required. The school has a Had of Primary and Head of Secondary, so good collaborateive people management skills are essential. Reporting to the country CEO, the role involves academic as well as some financial oversight.
Due to the interim nature of the contract, the job is only suitable for leaders with no dependent children to accompany. Masters or PhD preferred, and teacher training such as PGCE, B'Ed, NPQH etc is required.
