This prestigious school in Qingdao, China is looking for a Head of Secondary School for an August 2025 start.
The Head of Secondary will support the Co-Principals in providing leadership, guidance and overall curriculum support for the following specialized academic programmes in Secondary and Secondary personnel. All applicants must hold teaching qualifications at the secondary level. A post graduate degree in education or school administration is an advantage. Applicants should also have a minimum of five years of successful teaching experience and two years in a middle management post.
The school caters for children from Early Childhood (K2, K3 and K4) to Primary on their Qingdao Campus and from Early Childhood (K3 and K4), Primary to Secondary on their Huangdao Campus. Students complete the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the IBDP programme in Years 12 and 13.
Teachers receive competitive salaries, accommodation, flights, relocation allowance, medical insurance and professional training.
The school is located in the beautiful city of Qingdao, which is in the southeast part of Shandong Province (about half way between Beijing and Shanghai).
