**About the Role:**
As Head of Primary at, you will lead a vibrant Primary School, inspiring both students and staff to achieve exceptional academic, pastoral, and professional outcomes. This is a dynamic leadership role, where you’ll work closely with the Vice Principal of Primaries to shape the school’s strategic direction, ensuring it aligns with our values of excellence, diversity, and inclusion.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing curriculum development, teaching standards, staff performance, and fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning that prepares our pupils for future success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Leadership:** Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the school’s vision, priorities, and strategic plans.
- **Teaching & Learning:** Lead curriculum development, ensure high standards of teaching, and monitor pupil progress to drive academic success.
- **Staff Development:** Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering professional growth and ensuring effective performance management.
- **Operational Excellence:** Oversee daily operations, including budget management, safeguarding, and parental engagement.

**Who We're Looking For:**
- A qualified educator with **10+ years of experience** in British curriculum schools, and **3+ years of senior leadership experience**.
- A proven leader with a strong grasp of international education best practices and a passion for delivering exceptional teaching.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
