About Role
The Early Years section of this school (3-7 years) requires a dynamic and collaborative professional to effectively manage their AEN provision. The postholder will either have a recognised SEN qualification or extensive experience of working in SEN in a primary school setting. The role requires a practitioner who strongly believes in an inclusive approach and personalised learning. They must have the expertise to set up systems for identifying SEN, putting in place support, and assessing and reviewing the provision. This includes creating and monitoring individual education plans and provision maps with class teachers, dual language teachers, and assistant teachers.
This is an exciting opportunity both professionally and personally not only to add a solid contribution to your developing resume but to be able to explore a culturally and historically stunning part of the world. Interested applicants should contact their Edvectus advisor without hesitation and be prepared to demonstrate attributes that will match you against an overseas teaching opportunity which will demand an adjustment of your expectations and challenge your cultural astuteness.
