We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for a brand new bilingual kindergarten that has just opened in Shenzhen, China. This is for an August 2025 start.
In a Pre-Kindergarten teaching position, you will create a learning environment where learning is a joyful and rewarding experience, and children learn to become enthusiastic, life-long learners. The thematic, hands-on, and content rich curriculum creates a foundation for children to build upon in the elementary grades. Eearly education teachers are guided by the belief that any child can excel with the right support.
Applicants should have:
A Bachelor’s degree in your teaching subject. Many of our teachers hold multiple advanced degrees in their field. For Elementary and Early Education positions, a degree in this or related field is acceptable and/or encouraged.
A minimum of two years' teaching experience as the lead teacher of record in a classroom. This is a requirement for you to obtain a working visa. A minimum of five years' teaching experience as the lead teacher of record in a classroom is preferred.
An eagerness and willingness to collaborate with and elevate teaching colleagues. Teachers at this school come from all over the world and bring a wide variety of curricular backgrounds and experience. They seek to utilise this diversity to grow and learn from each other.

- Shenzhen is one of the fastest growing economic centers in the world, and Futian has it all on display with a beautiful, lighted skyline. About a mile from campus is Coco Park Mall with a movie theater, children's playground, and numerous international restaurants, bars and shops--such as Gap and Uniqlo.
