We are looking for an experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join them in February 2025.
Candidates should have the following education, skills and experience:
· Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university.
· National or State issued license or certifications.
· At least 3 years’ experience as a homeroom teacher in the international Kindergarten.
· Intercultural competence and the ability to foster collaboration and trust.
· Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
· Familiarity with digital learner management systems to document child progress and classroom technology.
Desirable
· Master’s degree in education or early years education.
· Familiarity with Chinese culture preferred.
· Operational competency of Chinese is desirable but not essential.
· Experience in course design and curriculum writing.
· Believes in the potential of each student, responsible, caring, student centered.
· Strong work ethic, innovative, and creative.
