This US Curriculum in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is looking for a Kindergarten Division Curriculum Coordinator starting August 2025. This is a group wide position for an expanding group of schools in Cambodia who currently have three internationally accredited campuses with two new campuses under construction (campus 4 to be opened in August 2025). Combined, the campuses have over 5,500 students and more than 1,100 personnel from Cambodia and around the world. The schools offer an inquiry-based, student-centered curricula preparing students for local and global tertiary education. They are proud to offer a dual International and Khmer curricula, which allows students to obtain both local and international qualifications, whilst continually enhancing their Khmer cultural learning and language understanding. All campuses offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities that aim to keep students engaged.
Salary & Benefits:
o Gross Salary of $3300- 4000 USD per month depending on qualifications and experience

Interested applicants should have the following skills and qualifications:
Requirements:
A. An educational professional who focuses on learning outcomes, assessment design and instructional resources that teachers use in the classroom for the respective subject.
B. A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Bachelor’s degree with a Postgraduate Teaching Certificate. Preferably a Master’s Degree in Education. Kindergarten Curriculum Coordinator must have a Degree in Early Years Education.
C. Have a working knowledge of literacy programs in education.
D. Be familiar with unpacking standards
E. Have sound knowledge of Child Development
F. Native speaker English proficiency.
G. Recent criminal police record check certificate.
H. He/She has a strong commitment to the school’s beliefs about education and the learning process as adopted in the school’s Mission, Vision and SLOs as well as to high standards and expectations for instructors and students
I. A Curriculum Coordinator possesses good people leadership skills, organizational skills with attention to detail, strong communication, facilitation, and consensus building skills.
J. Profound understanding of the academic standards related to the discipline, including mastery of curriculum design and mapping.
K. A sound understanding of 21st Century Skills and Global Competencies and their importance.
L. Experience with data-driven improvement planning and cycles of continuous school improvement.
